Ivan Ko founded RECAS Group in 2004, bringing over 27 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment management, and cross-border transactions across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Ivan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 1984 and subsequently obtained a Master's degree from the University of Hong Kong. His academic foundation, combined with decades of industry leadership, has shaped RECAS into a trusted name in real estate consulting and strategic advisory.
Former Founding Chairman of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong & International Chapter (CRECCHK) from 2002–2004, and re-elected from 2012–2018. Member of the Personal Data Privacy Advisory Committee. Director of the Hong Kong Policy Research Institute. Published articles and commentary in Citizen News and Ming Pao Daily on policy, real estate, and technology topics.
