Ivan Ko founded RECAS Group in 2004, bringing over 27 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment management, and cross-border transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 1984 and obtained a Master's degree from the University of Hong Kong. He served as Founding Chairman of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong & International Chapter (CRECCHK) from 2002–2004 and was re-elected from 2012–2018. He is a member of the Personal Data Privacy Advisory Committee, a Director of the Hong Kong Policy Research Institute, and has published widely in Citizen News and Ming Pao Daily.
Samuel Lai joined RECAS in 2010 as a founding partner of RECAS Strategic Development Investment Management Limited. He formerly served as the Acting CEO of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC), one of Hong Kong's major rail and property organisations. His deep expertise in rail infrastructure, transit-oriented development, and public-private partnerships brings an unmatched operational perspective to RECAS's development management practice.
Daniel Lam joined RECAS in 2010 as a founding partner of RECAS Strategic Development Investment Management Limited. He formerly served as the Property Director of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC), overseeing a significant portfolio of transit-linked real estate developments. His extensive experience in property development strategy, land acquisition, and project delivery makes him a vital contributor to RECAS's development platform.
